Who we are

KOCH Biomechanics is a private one-on-one movement coaching practice run by Omri Kochman in Israel. By booking a session, signing the health declaration or using the client portal, you agree to what is on this page.

What we collect and why

• Contact details — name, email and phone, to arrange and confirm sessions.
• Health information — what you share in the health declaration and intake, so training is safe for you. It is sensitive, and only the coach can see it.
• Session records — notes, progress and your training program, to track your progress.

We count page views with Vercel Analytics, which uses no advertising cookies. We never sell or share your data for marketing. Payment is made directly to Omri outside the website; the site does not handle card details. To see, correct or delete your data, email omrikochman@gmail.com.

Health disclaimer

Coaching is movement education, not medical treatment, and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or other healthcare professional.

Tell us about any medical condition, injury or limitation in the health declaration before you start. If you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort during a session, stop and seek medical advice. By training, you take responsibility for your participation.

Client portal and content

Your portal login is personal; do not share it. Programs, exercise descriptions and other content you receive are for your personal use and may not be shared or used commercially without written permission.
